Job summary

CGI is seeking a Proposal Writer within its Intelligence Mission Systems sector in the UK. You’ll turn complex ideas into clear, persuasive stories that demonstrate CGI’s technical excellence and deliver meaningful client outcomes.

You’ll own proposals from storyboard through submission, collaborate with bid leaders and technical experts, and help raise proposal standards while developing reusable content. A UK Security Clearance or eligibility is required; this is a hybrid role.

• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities in a technical context.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.

You’ll take ownership of proposals from early storyboarding through to submission, working creatively with bid leaders, technical experts and colleagues to give every response a competitive edge.
