This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking EPC leader and play a pivotal role in developing persuasive and compliant proposal content. Based in London, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, sales and tendering teams, and project managers to craft winning proposals that drive strategic success. What will you do?
  • Lead the development and writing of proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical and commercial input.
  • Ensure proposals are tailored to client requirements and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Edit and proofread proposal documents for clarity, consistency, and impact
  • Maintain a library of reusable content and templates.
  • Support continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools.
Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in proposal writing, preferably within engineering, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
  • Strong written communication and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with UK procurement processes and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document formatting tools.
