If you thrive on complexity, strategic thinking, and delivering clarity under pressure, this is your chance to shine!

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Strategic Proposal Development: You will be the architect of our proposals (RFI/RFP), conducting in-depth therapeutic and indication research to build a market-leading, highly persuasive patient recruitment strategy for every new opportunity.
  • Process Ownership: Drive the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial research and costing to final submission, ensuring all internal and external timelines are meticulously met.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate and synthesize input from Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams, ensuring a single, unified, and persuasive voice in all documentation.
  • Performance & Insight: Conduct post-submission debriefs and analysis on both won and lost bids to identify trends, outline lessons learned, and continuously sharpen our competitive edge and increase our win rate.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain key relationships with Outsourcing Managers to gather critical feedback and identify future service development opportunities.
What You'll Bring to the Role

This strategic role requires a unique blend of scientific understanding, commercial acumen, and meticulous attention to detail.

Essential Experience & Skills
  • Extensive experience in Proposals, Bid Management, or Budget Creation, ideally within patient recruitment, clinical research, or health communications.
  • A Degree or higher in a biological science (e.g., nursing) or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-regional proposals and budgets simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written communication and editing skills—your writing is clear, consistent, and highly persuasive.
  • A naturally self-motivated and proactive approach with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and experience using CRM systems (like Salesforce) for tracking and updating proposals.
  • Willingness to work US hours for 3 days per week to ensure optimal coordination with global teams and timely delivery.
Why Join Our Team

We offer a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your strategic input has a direct, measurable impact on the success of global clinical trials. If you are passionate about connecting patients with life‑changing research and possess the commercial drive to win, we want to hear from you.
