Job description

As a Proposals Coordinator, you'll support the full bid lifecycle—from initial expressions of interest to final submission. You'll liaise with key stakeholders to craft high-quality proposals that win work. Your organisational flair, time management, and ability to manage multiple moving parts will ensure we meet deadlines with precision and professionalism.

  • Monitor procurement portals and maintain tender pipeline systems, tracking opportunities from prospect to award.
  • Lead full proposal lifecycle from RFI/PQQ receipt through final submission, supporting internal governance and review processes.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop compelling proposal content.
  • Support vendor accreditations, maintain bid libraries, and assist with tender management reporting.
  • Respond to queries, proofread submissions, and ensure quality checks meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to bid strategy, build stakeholder relationships, and champion sustainability messaging.
  • Capture customer feedback for continuous improvement and support marketing material development.
    Experience of working on tenders within the decommissioning, industrial or construction sector would be desirable.
  • Experience with Google systems and proposal software tools.
  • Experience coordinating full proposal solutions with multiple contributors.
  • Experience managing complex high-value tenders.
