Connells Group is looking for a Residential Sales Lister to generate new business, list properties, and deliver exceptional customer care. You will nurture relationships with clients face-to-face and by phone, aiming to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.

Ideal candidates are target-driven, organized, and possess strong communication skills, IT literacy, and a valid UK driving licence. A clear career ladder and industry-leading training await in a high-performance environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and listing properties for market while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful as a Residential Sales Lister, you will:

• Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence
