Qualifications

  • 12+ months experience in a similar fast-paced role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Post Completion matters from completion to archiving.
  • Prepare and lodge applications at HM Land Registry.
  • Deal with requisitions before HMLR deadlines.
  • Ensure correctness of registrations.
  • Ensure zero balance on matter files.
  • Send completed registrations to clients/lenders.
  • Manage risk-related cases appropriately.
  • Update Case Management system as matters progress.
  • Handle telephone enquiries or messages.
