Property Technical Support Assistant

Overview

Location: The Crescent, Taunton, TA1 4DY

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3+ months

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Process supplier and sub-contractor certifications and invoices related to Property Compliance Housing. Input data and resolve queries.
  • Communicate with supplier credit departments, housing, data teams, and auditors.
  • Create and monitor purchase orders, ensuring sufficient order values for future invoices.
  • Maintain the property asset management system and keep data accurate and up to date.
  • Provide business support for cross-departmental requests and maintain consistency in business activities.
  • Assist the Compliance Manager with weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Use reporting systems to provide management information and make recommendations.
  • Stay informed about policies and procedures, advising managers on changes or issues.
  • Utilize IT systems like SAP, C365, and others; identify training needs and suggest solutions.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion; ensure health, safety, and wellbeing.
Must Have
  • Experience in processing invoices and managing purchase orders.
  • Proficiency in IT systems such as SAP and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.

  • Familiarity with property asset management systems.
