THE OPPORTUNITY

Get Recruited are working with an award‑winning property agency who are leaders in their field and have just been awarded the UK leading property group. They are now on the lookout for a Property Team Leader to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have experience managing properties and a team and ideally will have student lettings experience. This is a brilliant opportunity and not one to be missed.

THE ROLE

• Managing 1-1s and reviews for a team.
• Supporting and delivering structured training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance is up to date.
• Build strong relationships with landlords.
• Manage a portfolio.
• Report on weekly figures to senior management.

THE PERSON

• Must have at least 3 years' experience working within a property team leader/management role.
• Management experience.
• Ideally will have experience within student lettings.
• Must have experience with Microsoft systems including PowerPoint.
