Overview

We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable and growing legal Client that is seeking an experiencedProperty Solicitorto join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with a strong background in residential and/or commercial property law, looking to further their career in a supportive and professional environment. This can be from Residential or Commercial - We are also interested in hearing from Property conveyancing Solicitors

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of property matters, including residential and commercial transactions
  • Handle sales, purchases, leases, transfers, and re-mortgages from instruction to completion
  • Draft and review contracts, lease agreements, and other property-related documentation
  • Conduct due diligence, including title checks, local authority searches, and reviewing planning and environmental issues
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
  • Ensure accurate record‑keeping and timely progression of files
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the development of best practices within the property team
Skills & Experience Required
  • Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in residential and/or commercial property law
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property legislation
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and file management abilities
  • Capable of managing a full caseload independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office365 and legal case management systems such as LEAP
  • Familiarity with digital dictation tools (e.g. Speechwrite) and legal research resources (e.g. PLC, precedent libraries)
