Job summary

A recruitment agency in Rugby seeks a part-time Property Solicitor to manage property-related legal matters. The role requires expertise in Right to Buy properties, consensus orders, and property purchases. You will work 21 hours weekly, with required office presence on Mondays. Previous experience with IKEN or similar management systems is preferred. The position is temporary with a pay rate of £38.89 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Experience in handling Right to Buy properties and buy backs.
  • Knowledge of consent orders, sale and purchase of properties.
  • Familiarity with Assets of Community Value applications, lease extensions, and renewals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support regarding property matters.
  • Manage case files and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Work collaboratively within the team during office days.
