A housing organization based in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to manage residential property matters and provide legal advice. This hybrid role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders and external legal partners while ensuring compliance and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in residential property law and a recognized legal qualification. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
We are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join our in-house Legal Team and take ownership of a varied caseload of residential property matters. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive legal professional to work across Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, staircasing, shared ownership and leasehold issues, while providing practical, commercial advice to colleagues across the organisation. You will also liaise with external legal partners, support process improvements, and help embed best practice across the business, ensuring that our legal services are efficient, compliant, and add real value.
This is a hybrid role, predominantly based in our Liverpool office, with regular travel to our St Helens and Warrington offices in line with business needs. There is flexibility to home, however, team days will be held in Liverpool on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
