Job summary

Proper Recruitment are working with a highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join their growing team. This role combines residential and commercial conveyancing with bridging finance and secured lending matters.

You will manage property transactions from instruction to completion, review titles and contracts, liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders, and draft security documents while ensuring AML and regulatory compliance.

• Strong communication and client management skills
• Good understanding of AML, compliance and regulatory requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor with experience across residential and commercial conveyancing, alongside bridging finance and secured lending matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Review titles, searches, contracts and prepare reports
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
• Draft and review loan agreements, debentures, personal guarantees and security documentation
• Review titles and advise lenders on property and lending risks
• Ensure compliance with AML and regulatory requirements
• Identify and mitigate legal and transactional risks
• Maintain accurate case records and meet completion deadlines

Requirements

• NQ-4+ Years PQE
• Experience within Bridging Finance and Secured Lending
• Confident managing multiple transactions and working to deadlines
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Good understanding of AML, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Competitive [DOE]
• Full-Time
