You’ll handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, and transfers of equity, while also having the chance to get involved in some light commercial property work. About You

• You’re a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years’ PQE.
• You have solid experience running your own residential property files from instruction to completion.
• Exposure to commercial property work would be an advantage (or a keen interest to develop this area).
• You’re detail‑oriented, highly organised, and a strong communicator who thrives in a team environment.
