A housing association is looking for a full-time Property Services Manager to lead their team in delivering high-quality property management services. The role requires experience in managing staff and budgets, along with strong customer service ethos. Salary: EVH Grade 8 £48,597 - £52,578

25 days annual leave plus 15 public holidays
we are operating 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
Hours: 35 hours, over 5 days,
Office opening hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00 am - 5.00pm,
Friday 9.00am - 3.30pm

Manor Estates Housing Association is seeking to recruit a full-time (35 hours) Property Services Manager to join our busy Property Services team. We manage over 1100 tenanted properties and provide factoring services to over 1700 residents.
The role is to lead and manage the Property Services team in delivering a high quality, customer focused, and compliant asset management and maintenance service. The postholder will be expected to manage a range of property services including reactive and planned maintenance, factoring services and health and safety compliance. You must be committed to the delivery of excellent customer services, have experience of managing both staff and budgets as well as analytical and technical skills.
The post holder will report to the Property Services Director.
