Job description

Are you an experienced administrator, secretary, or PA looking for your next step in a professional, supportive environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded team where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real difference.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in the smooth running of client matters within a busy property department, ensuring everything runs efficiently and clients receive an excellent service.

Your day-to-day work will be varied and rewarding, including:

  • Typing, document preparation and correspondence, with accuracy and precision.

  • Liaising confidently and professionally with clients, colleagues, and external contacts.

  • Opening, maintaining and archiving client files, keeping records up to date.

  • Managing post, phone calls and general administrative duties.

  • Organising meetings and appointments.

  • Photocopying, scanning and preparing documents for signing (including via DocuSign).

  • Carrying out checks, ordering searches and assisting with Land Registry submissions.

  • Preparing bills and liaising with accounts to ensure smooth financial processes.

About You

You’ll be organised, professional and proactive someone who enjoys being at the centre of things and takes pride in doing a job well.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong administrative or secretarial experience (legal background helpful but not essential).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Clear, confident communication skills with clients and colleagues.

  • Good IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.

This role would suit:

  • A capable administrator or secretary looking to move into the legal or property sector.

  • Someone with experience in a property company or professional services environment.

  • A law graduate keen to gain practical experience in a respected firm.
