Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Peter Alan residential sales team in Caerphilly. You will deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers while driving business results.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree sales.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximise opportunities to schedule appointments for the Mortgage Advisor.
