Job description

We are looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our client's estate agency team in a Property Sales Negotiator role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in countryside residential property and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiating property sales and progressing transactions
  • Taking client instructions and preparing property details
  • Conducting viewings and providing feedback to vendors
  • Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
  • Booking and following up on valuations
  • Managing enquiries both in person and over the telephone
  • Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing general administrative and office support as required
Skills and Experience
  • Previous estate agency or property sales experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional and well-presented manner
  • Confident computer skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage a busy workload
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000, depending on experience

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 8.45am - 5.30pm
  • Saturdays: 8.45am - 1.00pm (usually alternate Saturdays). A day off in lieu will be provided when afternoon viewings are conducted
  • 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
