What we’re looking for in a Residential Property Sales Manager

  • Self‑driven and highly motivated to succeed and to earn commission, and progress career.
  • Demonstrated ability to work systematically and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in securing compromise between parties.
  • A full driving license and access to your own transport is required for this role. Local knowledge of the East Surrey area would be advantageous but not essential – we’re also interested to hear from candidates open to relocating to the area.
