Your Winning Responsibilities
  • As a key member of the team, you will be the face of the business, tasked with securing profitable new instructions:
  • Property Valuations: Conduct accurate and compelling property valuations for sales.
  • Client Engagement: Effectively communicate with a diverse clientele, understanding their needs and offering bespoke, tailored solutions.
  • New Business Development: Demonstrate your passion to win new business and the ability to convert valuations into secured instructions.
  • Viewings & Follow-up: Organise property viewings and manage professional follow-up with potential buyers.
  • Administration: Manage the key administrative tasks related to your listings and client interactions.
What We Need From You
