Property Sales Consultant & Valuer — £24,000 Basic Salary, £35,000 - £40,000 OTE. Coventry Office with Hybrid working.

Your Winning Responsibilities
- As a key member of the team, you will be the face of the business, tasked with securing profitable new instructions:
- Property Valuations: Conduct accurate and compelling property valuations for sales.
- Client Engagement: Effectively communicate with a diverse clientele, understanding their needs and offering bespoke, tailored solutions.
- New Business Development: Demonstrate your passion to win new business and the ability to convert valuations into secured instructions.
- Viewings & Follow-up: Organise property viewings and manage professional follow-up with potential buyers.
- Administration: Manage the key administrative tasks related to your listings and client interactions.
What We Need From You
- A high-energy, \"high-octane\" candidate with a drive for high commission earnings.
- Proven ability to win new instructions in the property market.
- Intelligent and exceptionally well-presented.
- Possession of your own car is essential.

- Do you have 12 months experience in winning new instructions in either sales or lettings, or both?
