Keoghs LLP in Bolton seeks an insurance lawyer to join the Property Risks and Coverage Team. The role blends flexible location policy with hybrid working, requiring a minimum of one day per week in the office.

Responsibilities include end-to-end case management, drafting bespoke coverage advices, and supporting litigation. 35 hours weekly, with primary location in Bolton or Bristol and additional hours as needed to meet client obligations.

Formación

• Qualified solicitor with experience in defendant property insurance claims.
• Strong understanding of insurance coverage disputes, liability and causation.
• Experience drafting advices and handling litigation activities.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage a caseload from start to finish.
• Review documents and draft advices to clients.
• Craft bespoke coverage advices and support litigation processes.
• Analyse coverage, liability, quantum and strategy; conduct investigations.
• Attend client meetings and note-taking for follow-up; ensure SRA compliance.
• Draft applications and court proceedings for independently managed cases.
