Job summary

Chubb Ltd. is seeking a Property and Real Estate Manager to lead a Midlands and South regional team within our Commercial Insurance practice. The role combines underwriting oversight with people leadership, client engagement, and strategic growth for the UK Real Estate portfolio.

You will oversee underwriting activity for Property and Liability risks, drive profitable growth, and ensure best practices, compliance, and high service standards for brokers and clients.

Qualifications

• Leadership of underwriting team required.
• Strong underwriting expertise in Property and Liability.
• Client and broker relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of underwriters, providing clear direction and mentoring.
• Oversee underwriting of new business and renewal accounts in line with guidelines and appetite.
• Manage underwriting of Property and Liability risks for Real Estate clients, including complex accounts.
• Foster key client and broker relationships and deliver high service standards.
• Support Real Estate financial planning including forecasting and tracking performance.
