Job summary

Jo Holdsworth Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to own multiple live property developments across the UK, based from Wilmslow with regular travel. You will coordinate planning consultants, surveyors, PMs and contractors to keep programmes on track and deliver timely handovers.

The role requires 2–4 years in property development, planning and delivery, with MRICS/MCIOB progress encouraged. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple property projects across planning, pre-construction and live delivery.
• Ability to coordinate external consultants and contractors to keep programmes on track.
• Strong understanding of UK planning processes and site surveying requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage several property projects simultaneously at different stages.
• Coordinate planning applications, surveys, site access and consultant activity.
• Maintain project programmes and identify risks or delays early.
• Visit sites regularly to monitor progress, quality and delivery.
• Hold consultants and contractors to actions and timescales.
• Coordinate utilities, approvals and enabling works.
• Track costs, payment apps, variations and change control.
• Manage snagging, handover docs and mobilisation.
• Support early site assessments and project appraisals.
• Produce weekly updates covering progress, costs, risks and next steps.
