The Role We are looking for a talented and motivated Property Photographer & Videographer to serve as our visual storyteller. In this role, you will travel across London’s most prestigious postcodes, capturing the essence of luxury homes. Your work will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and landlords, making your ability to highlight unique features, lighting, and layout through high-end imagery and virtual tours essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Excellence: Capture high-end, editorial-style photographs and cinematic videos of both interior and exterior property features.
• Immersive Technology: Utilize advanced equipment to create high-quality Virtual Reality (VR) tours/Matterport scans to provide an immersive viewing experience.
• Technical Artistry: Master lighting, composition, and perspective to ensure every room is presented in its best possible light, adhering to our premium brand standards.
• Post-Production: Execute professional-grade editing and post-production for all still photography. (Note: Video post-production is managed by our internal team).
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand the specific “selling points” of each property and translate them into compelling visual content.
• Workflow Management: Maintain a high level of organization to ensure all visual assets are delivered within strict deadlines to meet fast-paced market demands.
