Confidential is seeking a Paralegal to join the Property team, providing support to fee earners and helping to deliver an excellent client experience. The role suits an organised, proactive candidate looking to gain experience in property law.

You will support a range of commercial property matters, prepare leases and completion documents, manage files from opening to completion, and liaise with clients and third parties to ensure smooth transaction progress.

Formación

• Law degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
• Previous experience in Property Law required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
• Good IT skills and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Support fee earners with commercial property transactions.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, leases and completion documents.
• Manage client files from opening to completion and post-completion.
• Liaise with clients, tenants, landlords, lenders and others.
• Assist with acquisitions, disposals, leases and refinancing.
• Conduct property searches and review title documents.
• Assist with Land Registry applications and completion formalities.
• Utilise case management system and maintain high file standards.
• Support broader admin and departmental activities.
• Prepare completion statements and post-exchange formalities.
