THE ROLE:

A new opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal to join a leading law firm in central Manchester. This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced Real Estate Partners and Solicitors, providing support on plot sales transactions for residential developer clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting on all aspects of plot sales transactions.
• Drafting contracts and preparing contract packs
• Liaising with developers and agents
• Dealing with basic conveyancing tasks

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Property Paralegal will be able to demonstrate previous practical experience handling the conveyancing process and ideally previous experience working on behalf of property developers. You should possess a proactive approach and keen attention to detail.
