  • Support fee-earners with live files and conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
  • Assist with preparing reports on title, mortgages, and searches (under supervision).
  • Review and raise enquiries on title, contract packs, searches, and surveys.
  • Handle administrative tasks including file opening, AML compliance, exchange, completion, and post-completion duties.
  • Draft financial statements and invoices.
  • Maintain internal systems and manage general administration.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Paralegal should have:

  • Previous experience in a legal setting, ideally within residential or commercial conveyancing.
