In this role you will underwrite property owners’ insurance risks and assess and manage policies for a diverse range of clients. You will work closely with brokers and clients to develop tailored insurance solutions, ensuring optimal coverage while maintaining profitability and adherence to underwriting guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assessing risks and underwriting property owner policies
• Ensuring compliance with company guidelines
• Collaborating with estate agents, property managers, and landlords on various landlord/tenant matters

EXPERIENCE

• Landlord/Property Owners Experience
• Extensive experience in underwriting property owners’ insurance policies
