Responsibilities
  • Managing AML documentation and ensuring the smooth onboarding of buyers and sellers
  • Coordinating auction instructions and preparing properties to go live
  • Overseeing uploads to the BidX1 platform with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supporting applicant analysis to help match buyers with the right opportunities
  • Assisting with marketing assets and ensuring high‑quality presentation standards
  • Gradually taking on more responsibility in sourcing stock and supporting brokers in progressing deals

Up to £35,000 depending on experience.

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and ambitious individual to join our high‑performing Auctions team at London’s leading estate agency. This is a well‑rounded operational role that goes far beyond traditional administrative work. You’ll be at the centre of how our Auctions function operates, working closely with our top brokers and listers while gaining exposure to every stage of the auction process.

Our Auctions team is high‑energy, collaborative, and genuinely a lot of fun, so we’re looking for someone with personality‑someone who brings enthusiasm, confidence, and a proactive approach to everything they do.

In this fast‑paced and evolving position, you’ll play an integral part in keeping the department running smoothly. From ensuring flawless compliance to supporting stock sourcing and helping drive client service excellence, your work will have a real impact on one of our most dynamic commercial teams.
