Due to continued growth within the business our client are looking to recruit a proactive and organised Property Management Team Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our property portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience with property management, experience of managing others and also, excellent people skills.

This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Role
  • Supervise and support the property management team to deliver exceptional service to tenants and clients.
  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance schedules, and repair works ensuring timely completion.
  • Handle tenant enquiries via phone and email, demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
  • Assist with leasing activities including upselling available units or services to prospective tenants.
  • Organise administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and documentation management.
  • Monitor lease agreements, rent collections, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on administrative procedures and customer service standards.
Candidate
  • Proven experience in property management and managing teams.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
  • Previous experience in upselling or sales within a property context is advantageous.
