Start Date: ASAP
Basic Salary: Circa £27,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm

The Job
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and lettings offices
  • Lead and motivate a team of Property Coordinators
  • Ensure maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and manage keys
  • Coordinate end-of-tenancy and pre-tenancy tasks
  • Negotiate deposit deductions between landlords and tenants
  • Manage a contractor database

  • Previous property management experience is essential
  • Positive energy and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills and exceptional organisational ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and at pace
