• Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
• Handling calls and enquiries from tenants and landlords.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors.
• Ensuring accurate records and reports are maintained.
• Supporting with deposit negotiations and tenancy changeovers.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Location: Harrogate

Salary: Up to 30000

Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday 9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm plus 1 Saturday per month 9 : 30am - 12 : 30pm
