• Experience managing Higher Risk Buildings and complex sites.
• Ability to build and maintain key relationships both internally and externally.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established residential portfolio.
• Lead on meetings with RMC Directors and Residents' Association.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and M & E requirements.
• Construct budgets and monitor Service Charges.
