Property Manager (or Assistant Property Manager stepping up) South Coast (Lewes / Eastbourne) Home based - £36k

Were working with one of the most desirable, independent employers along the South Coast who are currently looking to hire an additional Property Manager (or experienced Assistant Property Manager) as follows :

• Working office based (in Littlehampton) initially, before moving to a home-based model once settled
• Overseeing a long retained, high quality local portfolio of blocks situated within Eastbourne and Lewes
• Focused on site visitation, budgets, and major works, with all admin / resident queries dealt with by a dedicated team (saving you time and ensuring an excellent work life balance)
• Working a standard 9-5.30 Mon-Thu, with an early finish on Fridays
