Property Manager (must be ARLA Qualified)

Our client is an Estate Agency in North Manchester established over 40 years with properties across the Northwest. They are recruiting an experienced Property Manager with ARLA qualifications and office compliance knowledge to join their highly successful Estate and Lettings Agency.

Salary and Benefits

£35,000 - £40,000 / annum DOE Plus commissions.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and Friday, 9:30 am to 5 pm.

28 days holiday includes bank holidays; this rises with length of service.

Contributory pension.

Skills and Experience
  • Fully proficient in all matters of compliance, including residential and commercial sales, lettings, and office compliance such as money laundering.
  • Proficient with Vebra Alto in Sales, Rentals, Accounts and experienced with Inventory Hive software.
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • Full UK clean driving licence, reliable vehicle and business insurance.
  • Full knowledge of both sales and lettings.
  • Previous experience with property condition reports.
  • A friendly and professional manner with a passion to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to build solid and positive relationships with tenants and landlords.
  • Extremely organised with precision in completing administrative tasks.
  • Comfortable in achieving targets.
Office Property Manager's Day to Day Duties
  • Provide exceptional first‑class customer service to everyone you speak with externally and internally.
  • Deal with day‑to‑day general enquiries face‑to‑face, via phone and email.
  • Carry out all procedures relating to the day‑to‑day running of a busy agency.
  • Produce works orders to contractors.
  • Action website enquiries.
  • Book and conduct viewings, valuations and check‑ins.
  • Complete viewing call‑backs within 24 hours of viewings.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is submitted and logged.
