Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role.
  • Proven experience in property management.
  • Must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence.

We’re seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Milton Keynes office. You’ll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. If you have proven experience in property management and are local to Milton Keynes, we’d welcome your application.

    (Basic salary range of £20000 to £27500 per year, dependent on experience, with approximately £8,125 additional earnings expected through uncapped commission scheme)

  • Full‑time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day‑in‑lieu)

What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Milton Keynes
  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co‑ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

  • Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role

Driving Requirements
  • You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
  • Licence must be for a manual vehicle - we cannot consider Automatic licences at this time
