Qualifications

Property Manager – Milton Keynes

We’re seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Milton Keynes office. You’ll be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression and more. Proven experience in property management and local to Milton Keynes?

Key Responsibilities
  • Book and conduct property inspections.
  • Negotiate tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
  • Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues.
  • Process deposit returns, rental arrears and eviction requests.
  • Ensure properties meet all regulatory health & safety standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Manage complaints and complete all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports.

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of previous experience in a Property Manager role.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.

Driving Requirements
  • Valid full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle; automatic licences are not considered at this time.
Salary & Benefits
  • £28,125 to £35,625 OTE depending on experience (basic salary £20,000 – £27,500 plus an uncapped commission scheme).

  • Full‑time hours: 08:30‑18:00 weekdays and 09:00‑17:00 on one Saturday per month (with a day‑in‑lieu).
