A leading property management firm in London is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 140 properties. Key responsibilities include providing client care, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with legislation. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of property management experience, excellent communication skills, and be ARLA qualified. This role is on-site in London and offers opportunity for professional growth.
As a Property Manager, your main focus is on delivering a customer‑centric property management service that prioritises the client and customer experience. Your objective is to proactively oversee and manage a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional client care and customer service and be responsible for identifying opportunities to extract value, secure additional fees, and generate new business opportunity for JLL.
