Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections.
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
  • Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues.
  • Deposit returns.
  • Resolving rental arrears.
  • Processing eviction requests.
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Managing complaints.
  • Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures including inventory reports.

Driving Requirements

  • We cannot accept automatic‑only licences at this time
Salary and Benefits
  • Basic salary range of £24,000 to £31,500 per year, dependent on experience
  • Additional £8,125 earnings expected through uncapped commission
  • Minimum on‑target earnings of £32,125+ per year

  • Full‑time working hours: 08:30‑18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00‑17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day‑in‑lieu)

  • Full UK Driving Licence
