Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a rewarding temporary opportunity in East London? We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Property Manager to join a dynamic team covering a diverse estate across East London. This full-time, office-based role offers an initial three-month contract with potential for extension. About the Role

As a Property Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for residents and landlords, ensuring property standards are maintained while providing outstanding support. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including managing tenancy allocations, conducting inspections, handling maintenance issues, and resolving disputes effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to maximize rental income, minimize void periods, and ensure compliance with housing legislation.

  • Managing tenancy allocations and issuing relevant paperwork

Salary & Contract Details

Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential extension). Employment Type: Full-time, 35 hours/week. Pay Rate: £26.00 per hour LTD (equivalent to £22.31 PAYE, inclusive of holiday).
