PROPERTY MANAGER - DUNDEE

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as Property Manager. This is a full‑time, permanent position located in Whitehall Crescent, Dundee, DD1 4AU. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is £23,500-£26,000, dependant on 12 months related Property Manager experience, with use of company pool car.

What the job involves for a Property Manager:

• Team‑Based Property Management: Coordinating efforts across your team to ensure that landlords and tenants receive a prompt and seamless service.
• Viewings & Tenancy Negotiation: You're the face of the property, conducting viewings, trying to balance prospective tenants' needs with landlord expectations to secure win‑win agreements.
