Job summary

A leading independent estate agency in Croydon is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their award-winning team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of property management experience and exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities include liaising between landlords and tenants, arranging repairs, and managing administrative tasks. A full UK driving license and own car are required. This full-time position offers a salary between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

Property Manager

Croydon London

£25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

08:30am - 05:30pm Monday - Friday.

Our client a well established and successful independent Estate Agency in the heart of Croydon is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their award‑winning team!

You will have experience within property management and an ability to provide the very highest levels of customer service. The ideal candidate will already be working in an Estate Agency environment and will be keen to progress their career forward.

The successful candidate will be responsible for :
  • Dealing with clients / tenants on a daily basis both over the telephone and face to face;
  • Arrange property repairs and maintenance with contractors when they arise;
  • Liaise and communicate between landlords and tenants;
  • Carry out administrative activities regarding all aspects of lettings and tenancy including produce check‑in and check‑out and inventory reports inspections tenant deposit registration renewal and handle deposit returns at the end of tenancy;
  • Organise and arrange workload for company handyman;
  • Coordinate with contractors and relevant organisations professionally for all aspects of property management related issues;

Add value to the office by being able to cross‑sell insurance and relevant rental products and drive the business while adapting cost‑saving approaches.

The ideal candidate will have :

At least 1 year of property management experience.

Be an effective team player sharing information for the benefit of both the company and the individual.

Very strong and accurate customer service and admin skills.

Excellent communication.

Full UK driving licence and own car required.
