Property Manager – Town Centre Office

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our busy town centre office. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, manage a varied portfolio, and progress your career with one of the most respected names in property.

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

  • Saturdays (on rota): 9:00am – 1:00pm

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our dynamic property team, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing a large portfolio of residential properties

  • Working closely with our friendly Property Management team

  • Negotiating contract renewals and deposit settlements

  • Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections

  • Organising property visits and compliance checks

  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and our Accounts team
