haart Estate Agents in Peterborough is seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression and related tasks. You will be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships.

The role requires proven property management experience, a valid UK driving licence, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Training and progression opportunities are available in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years' experience in a Property Manager role.
• Outstanding customer service.
• Good telephone manner.
• IT skills are essential.
• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Booking and conducting property inspections.
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals.
• Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repairs.
• Processing deposit returns and tenant payments.
• Resolving rental arrears and eviction requests as needed.
• Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards.
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Managing complaints and check-in/check-out procedures with inventories.
