Property Manager - Ilkley - 35000pa

An experienced Residential Property Manager is now sought to join the team at this highly successful Property Management business.

The Reward
  • Up to 35000pa Depending on Experience

  • Monday to Friday 9 - 5 : 30
  • One Saturday in Four 9am to 4pm
The Person
  • An already experienced and proven Residential Property Manager
  • Be fully up to date on all lettings procedures and current legislation
  • Be confident and assertive able to multi-task and prioritise
  • Be a team player able to delegate and share information
  • Hold a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
The Role
  • Working as part of a established team managing a portfolio of around 400 residential properties
  • Liaising closely with all concerned parties including all landlords and tenants
  • Serving Notices instructing Contractors and approving works
