A leading property management firm in London is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, a good grasp of financial management, and a proactive approach to resolving property-related issues, ensuring high service standards for occupiers and clients.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Manager to take responsibility for the day‑to‑day management and strategic oversight of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is key to ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of the assets, while delivering a high standard of service to both occupiers and our clients.
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of property management, including occupier liaison, lease administration, service charge budgeting, contractor coordination, facilities oversight, and financial reporting. You will work closely with internal teams across leasing, finance, and facilities management, as well as external suppliers, to maintain the quality and value of the portfolio.
This position requires strong organisational and communication skills, financial awareness, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve property‑related issues.
The successful candidate will be joining an established team within the property management department in London. Working from the Finsbury Circus office, you will join a dynamic team of surveyors, property managers and support staff managing a wide range of properties including offices, industrial estates, retail parks and business parks on behalf of institutional investors, pension funds, property companies and high net worth individuals.
