Are you looking to build a career in residential property management? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We’re seeking a Property Management Assistant to support the Block Management team in delivering exceptional service across our residential portfolio.

About the Role

As a Property Management Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our residential blocks. From liaising with residents and contractors to supporting service charge budgeting and compliance, you’ll help ensure our developments are safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Acting as the first point of contact for leaseholders, residents, and contractors.
  • Assisting with service charge budgets, demands, and expenditure tracking.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs, including site inspections. Supporting major works and Section 20 consultations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation.
  • Helping with resident meetings, AGMs, and communications.
  • Providing general administrative support to the property team.

  • Experience in property/block management or residential property administration.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn property management systems.
  • A customer-focused approach and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of leasehold management, service charges, and major works.
  • Interest in pursuing IRPM or similar professional qualifications.
  • Familiarity with health & safety/fire regulations in residential blocks.
