Overview

Property Management Administrator — £14.00 per hour + overtime. Temporary to Permanent | 4 days per week, Monday to Friday. Location: Wrexham.

The Role

We are seeking a confident and personable Property Management Administrator to join a privately owned company offering a diverse range of professional property services. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks while delivering exceptional service to tenants, landlords, and contractors.

  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
  • Managing property applications and maintenance enquiries
  • Conducting Right to Rent checks and follow-ups in line with legislation
  • Processing rent payments, deposits, and cheque handling
  • Coordinating tenant move-ins and supporting end-of-tenancy processes
  • Booking property check-outs and notifying the wider team
  • Occasionally attending rental viewings (mileage expenses paid)
