A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Maintenance Operative in Northampton. The role involves performing refurb work, maintenance, and repairs, requiring a valid UK driving licence. Responsibilities

Location: Northampton - NN postcodes & surrounding areas
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing
Hourly Rate: £13.20 - £18.20
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
This role requires that you have a full UK Driving Licence

• Experience in plastering (Bonding & Skimming), fire door (Installing & Adjusting), kitchen installation (including plumbing), gardening (strimming, mowing, hedge cutting), bathroom installation (including plumbing).
• Previous maintenance experience is a plus!
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
