Express Recruitment are delighted to be representing awell-establishedProperty Management company based in Nottingham. Due to continued growth, they are seekinga Maintenance Managerto effectivelymanageand oversee the successful delivery ofa number ofmaintenanceprojectsacross Nottingham.

The successful candidate will manage a team of Maintenance Professionals and oversee all maintenance work completed by the company. They will ensure properties meet Health, Safety, and Fire Regulation requirements, and assist the Management team with budgeting, invoices, and quotes.

Their ideal candidate will have experience managing a team within General Maintenance, be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, and have demonstrable Property Management experience.

Due to the nature of the role, a full, clean UK driving licence will be required to apply for the role.

For the position, the company is offering a generous salary of up to c£40,000 per annum D.O.E and a generous benefits package including commission and a company vehicle, laptop, and phone.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote company and acquire new maintenance works
• Manage and attend out of hours maintenance when required
