A property maintenance company in Lancing is looking for a Property Maintenance/Lettings Coordinator. The candidate should be IT literate and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your main role in a snapshot will be

Responsibilities
  • Processing Day to day maintenance repairs, booking in with contractors/tenants
  • Property inventories/inspections, checking all Gas Safe, EICR's, EPC's
  • General office administration, property sourcing, regular progress meetings with the directors, including KPI's.
